ABOUT

Local knowledge. Elevated service. Real estate that feels personal.

Home has always meant more to me than an address.

Lily Dailey, REALTOR with Greater Impact Realty.

HI, I AM LILY

I am a Knoxville native, a REALTOR®, a marketing professional, a military spouse, a dog mom, and someone who genuinely loves calling East Tennessee home.

I know this area not only through market reports and comparable sales, but through a lifetime of experiencing the communities, back roads, local businesses, lake days, mountain views, and little things that make this corner of Tennessee so special.

Today, I have the privilege of helping other people find their place here.

THE EXPERIENCE

A different kind of real estate experience

I believe exceptional real estate service should feel both elevated and approachable.

You should have an agent who understands the numbers, negotiates confidently, pays attention to the details, and knows how to strategically position a property. You should also have someone you feel comfortable calling when you have a question, need an honest opinion, or simply are not sure what comes next.

My goal is to provide a white glove experience without losing the personal connection that real estate deserves.

Whether we are searching for your first home, finding the property that finally gives you more room, preparing a luxury home for market, navigating a military relocation, or discussing how real estate fits into your investment goals, I want you to feel educated, prepared, and confident in every decision you make.

FOR SELLERS

Marketing is part of my DNA

Long before real estate, I built my career in marketing. I earned my MBA and spent more than a decade working in marketing, communications, digital strategy, social media, and customer relationship management. That background completely shapes the way I approach real estate today, especially when representing sellers.

Putting a home in the MLS is not a marketing strategy.

Every property has a story, and my job is to determine how to tell that story in a way that captures attention, creates an emotional connection, and reaches the right buyers. That means thinking intentionally about everything from positioning and presentation to photography, digital marketing, social media, written copy, local exposure, and the lifestyle surrounding the home.

For buyers, that same marketing background gives me another advantage. I understand how properties are being positioned and sold to you. We can look beyond beautiful photography and clever descriptions and focus on the things that actually matter: value, condition, location, lifestyle, resale potential, and whether a property truly makes sense for you.

FOR BUYERS

Representation matters

I am proud to hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, which reflects additional education and a commitment to providing exceptional representation to home buyers. I take that responsibility seriously.

My job is not to convince you to buy a house. It is to help you make an informed decision about whether you should.

That means asking questions, pointing out concerns, helping you understand inspections and timelines, researching the property, discussing potential resale considerations, negotiating on your behalf, and making sure you understand your options throughout the transaction.

Sometimes the best advice I can give a client is, “This is the one.”

And sometimes it is, “Let’s keep looking.”

Either way, I want you to know I am sitting on your side of the table.

MILITARY AND VETERAN

Serving those who serve

I am a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) and a military spouse. Military life has given me a personal understanding of timelines you did not set, and of making a big decision without the person you would normally call first.

For military families moving to or from East Tennessee, I bring both specialized real estate training and firsthand familiarity with the military lifestyle.

Whether that means virtual home tours, coordinating a purchase from another state, helping you understand different areas around Knoxville, working alongside your lender during a VA financed purchase, or preparing a home for sale before your next move, my goal is to make one piece of the transition feel a little easier.

THE PLACE

Knoxville is more than a market to me

One of my favorite things about real estate is that I get to introduce people to the Knoxville I know and love.

A neighborhood is not just its average sales price or square footage.

It is where you will grab coffee on Saturday morning. It is your favorite local restaurant after a long week. It is the trail where you will walk your dog, the farmers market you will visit in the summer, the route you will take to the lake, and the small businesses where people eventually start recognizing you when you walk through the door.

That is why you will see so much local content throughout Dailey Dream Homes with Greater Impact Realty. I want this website to be useful even when you are not buying or selling a house.

You will find neighborhood guides, local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, dog friendly adventures, small businesses, things to do, community resources, and plenty of reasons to explore East Tennessee.

SOPHIE AND BUDDY

Homes are better with four legged family members

If you spend much time around me, you will also quickly learn how much I love animals. I am a proud dog mom to Sophie and Buddy, and supporting animal adoption and our local shelters is an important part of the community I want to build here.

Throughout the site you will find local shelter resources, pet friendly recommendations, and opportunities to support organizations helping East Tennessee’s homeless animals find families of their own.

After all, finding the right home is not only important for the humans.

WHAT IS NEXT

Let’s find what’s next

Maybe you are ready to buy your first home. Maybe you have outgrown the one you are in.

Maybe you are relocating to East Tennessee and have absolutely no idea whether Farragut, Hardin Valley, Northshore, Maryville, Oak Ridge, or somewhere completely different is going to feel like home.

Maybe you are considering selling but are not sure what your property is worth or whether now is the right time.

Or maybe you are simply at the beginning of the process and need someone knowledgeable to sit down with you and talk through your options.

That is exactly what a consultation is for.

There is no pressure and no expectation that you need to have everything figured out before we talk. We will discuss where you are, where you would like to go, your timeline, your questions, and what the next steps could look like.

If you are thinking about buying, selling, investing, or relocating in Knoxville or the surrounding East Tennessee area, I would love to get to know you.

READY TO START THE CONVERSATION?

Your dream home, or dream sale, starts with a conversation.

Fill out the consultation form to tell me a little about yourself and what you are hoping to accomplish. Once I have it, we will schedule a time to talk through your goals and build a plan for your next move.
