I was born and raised in North Knoxville and I live in West Knoxville now. This is not a market I studied, it is the one I grew up in, and it is why I can tell you what a street is actually like at five o’clock on a Tuesday.
I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) designations, both earned in 2026, which means I trained specifically in representing the person on your side of the table. A lot of the people I help are coming to East Tennessee to stay, whether that is retiring here, joining the Guard, or taking a position out around Oak Ridge, and figuring out where someone actually fits is my favorite part of the job.

They are retiring to East Tennessee, joining the Guard, or taking a position with one of the regional employers out around Oak Ridge. Some are using a VA benefit years after service. A few are on orders. Those are different searches, and I treat them that way.
